inherited one hell of a mess in sacramento. a $27 billion deficit. we slashed and now we are down to the last few billion. that is $6 billion to $8 billion. we have to cut more. in the schools and universities. or we get revenue. i am asking the revenue, most of it, from the top 1% because it is the income tax from married couples that are the predominant source of our income tax. they don't even pay a penny until they earn over half a million, then they pay 1%. then they get town three quarters of a million. and whatever they earn more they pay on that only 2%. and we get to a million, not a million saved over a lifetime, but a million earned in 12 months, over that amount, getting from 1 million to 2 million, they pay 3%. i think it is fair. the rest of us will be paying a quarter cent on the sale's tax. it does not apply to food or gasoline. that is another false ad. it is arrhythmia tick. money into the schools for those that are fabulously wealthy or money out of the schools. i can't make it any simpler. >> why is it always education that goes on the chopping block. >> >> as a matte
